Open Call for the Residency Programs 2018 at Tokyo Wonder Site Residency

Tokyo Wonder Site Residency (TWS Residency) offers artist-in-residence programs for international creators working in creative fields such as art, design, music and architecture to stay, engage in creation and conduct research activities. It also provides creators with the opportunities to exchange creative ideas and to present the results of their residency at Open Studio, talk and other events.

We are now calling for the following two residency programs:
■ International Creator Residency Program 2018
■ Research Residency Program 2018

1) International Creator Residency Program 2018
Residency Period: 3 months
Number of Creators: 6 (tentative)
Disciplines: Visual art, architecture, design, curation and administration
What TWS Residency offers: Airfare, per diem and artist fee/project fee, self-contained single room
Studio/workspace: Shared studio

2) Research Residency Program 2018
Residency Period: About 6 weeks
Number of Creators: 15 (tentative)
Disciplines: Visual art, music, sound art, performing art, architecture, design and curation
What TWS Residency offers: Self-contained single room
Studio/workspace: None
